"Divine Justice" RESCUE RADIO with Marjorie Cole
Where is Your Justice, Oh God? The righteous are pushed down, persecuted, and perish, while the godless mock, toast, and relentlessly pressure the innocent.
The Psalms are full of the prayers of those being persecuted, hunted, and suffering from the injustices of those who resist them. We know God is just and will repay those who plunder our lives, but what about words that tell us it is God who has proved us, refined us, and brought us into the net, laid affliction on our backs, and caused men to ride over our heads?
Is God bipolar in His intentions toward us? Or is there some other explanation for these things? If the Lord is known by the judgments He executes, how do we explain the troubles we go through? Are we being punished or perfected?
Join us in searching out these things more deeply. Lord, give us Your understanding so we can stand in the evil day, and having done all, stand!

00 Music. Rescue Radio, because there's a war for your soul. Yes, Father God, indeed, and the war rages. So we thank you, Father, for protection. We thank you for mercy. We thank you for judgment and justice. And we also thank you that you are the Lord God and that we declare that your will be done, O God, on earth, in and through us, as it's being done and declared in heaven.
46 We are your heavenly agents on earth to do and execute your will. So we declare thy kingdom come thy will be done we serve you and you are our king and lord and we thank you father for sending Jesus we thank you for coming voluntarily to come and lay down your life for us that we might be set free you gave your life in exchange for ours through that salvation revelation and redemption Lord I pray that and you said whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved so call upon the name of the Lord and receive that salvation. And deliverance that you long for. I thank you, Jesus, for also giving us power over all the power of the enemy, power to loose, power to bind, power to forgive and love even our enemies.
31 I thank you for giving us authority. You said you shall tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, nothing shall by any means hurt you. So Lord God, cause us to be able to use that power because we believe in you. We have faith in you, in your word and in your promises. I also thank you that you've promised us that no weapon formed against us will prosper. So we thank you for divine protection, healing, direction, Father, wisdom. You said if any man likes wisdom, let him ask of God. We ask for favor and blessing and justice and truth and mercy upon us and upon those who work for us and pertain to us, our families, those who are depending upon us, Lord God. May your word go forth. And Jesus Christ, we thank you. You are the faithful witness. You are the wonderful counselor.
12 Now guide us by your Holy Spirit, Father, in Jesus' name. Amen. Well, today we're going to be talking about justice, and I'm talking about it with you all by myself. So let's have a discussion. Open your eyes and get some understanding here of what justice and injustice have done to us in this world. Many of us, when we see all the things that are wrong, obviously we have a built-in innate radar or understanding for justice. And when things are not just, we get upset and we get angry. You know that was never we were never taught what is right what is wrong and fair and just it just seems like we just know when something's not fair by the time you're two years old you know if your brother or sister's gotten a bigger cookie than you i mean it's just like nobody sits you down and says okay here's what justice looks like we just know this because that is part of the divine design for us in our spirits to recognize truth and justice and so this world is not full of god's justice.
13 It's full of demonic oppression because the ruler of this world, the God of this world, who runs the snake pit, is anything but just. He's treacherous and deceptive. So we are living in this world where there's nothing but danger unless we are secured and sheltered in the love of God. So there are many times the psalmist would cry out, David especially, where is your justice, oh God, you know, we see it every day. We see it all around us. The righteous, the good people are pushed down, the helpless, the needy, the honest people, and are pushed down, persecuted, and they perish, while the godless mock and boast and pursue the innocent.
00 So we have the same conditions that David is writing about in his Psalms, especially, I'm going to read some of these today to you, just to kind of refresh, encourage you that justice is in the hands of God and he is fair and he is righteous. So in Psalm 7 verse 1, we have David's complaint. And you know, he was maligned, he was attacked, he was chased, he was threatened, he was, there were many assassination attempts put on his life as well. But God protected him. And in Psalm 7 verse 1, the lord my god oh lord my god in you i put my trust save me from those who persecute me and deliver me lest they tear me like a lion rending me in peace as while there is none to deliver and then he goes on to say lord if i have done this if there's iniquity in my hands if i have repaid evil to him who was at peace with me if i've plundered my enemy without cause i and then let the enemy pursue and overtake me.
03 He says, if I'm doing things wrong, then let the enemy trample my life to the ground. But then he says, arise, O Lord, in your anger. Lift yourself up because of the rage of my enemies. Awake for me to the judgment you have commanded. Our whole hope and ultimate survival depends upon God's willingness to defend us and walking in the justice and the truth that he is and has provided for us. And so we understand that there's a lot of relationships in this world that are filled with wickedness, injustice, bitter words, accusations, all kinds of things.
45 And all of these things can really affect us physically, emotionally, spiritually if we do not get all this set up in the right context. And the context is that God is with us. God sees everything and there is a judgment coming. So in Psalm 10, I'm just going to read that whole Psalm to you because it's very, it really prays our prayer, you know, and a lot of times when you go into the Psalms, you're praying prayers of David, but you're also finding words for your own prayers, for your own thoughts. And that's why I think they're really excellent in terms of putting words and expressions to our emotions. Sometimes it's hard to speak out, say out, put into words what you're really feeling, but the Psalms are great for that.
30 Psalm 10, verse 1. Why do you stand afar off, O Lord? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble? How many times have we asked the Lord this? Where are you? Why are you letting all this bad stuff happen? We prayed. Why didn't you answer? Where were you? Why didn't you stop it? Verse 2. the wicked in his pride persecutes the poor and let he said so they're ignorant they have no idea of the judgment that's coming they have no idea that god is watching and recording and and there's nothing hidden in his from his sight and all of actually now as we see it beginning to unfold in our political systems and in our world systems the hidden works of darkness are being unfolded and exposed so that we, the righteous, have a right or an opportunity to choose whom we're going to serve.
23 He says, let them, verse 2, be caught in the plots which they have devised. There you go. The things that have been hidden and buried are being brought to the surface. It says in verse 3, the wicked beats a boast of his heart's desire. He blesses the greedy and... And or not, renounces the Lord. He has no fear of God. That's actually the problem. The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God. God is in none of his thoughts. This is amazing how that you can live in this world and have God in none of your thoughts. You can absolutely be so sedated, seduced, demoralized, programmed, that there is no thought of God, no fear of God, no revelation of God in your life.
11 This wicked, he is always prospering. Your judgments seem to be far out of his sight. As for all of his enemies, he sneers at them. Here's what he says. He says in his heart, I shall not be moved. I shall never be in adversity. His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression. Under his tongue is trouble and iniquity. Who do you suppose is giving him this boldness, this arrogance, this rebellion to speak against God like this? Is it coming from himself or is it coming from the one who controls him? It says he sits in the lurking places of the village. In the secret places, he murders the innocent. How many people have been murdered in dark places, deep places, in the hidden places where no one sees what's going on?
56 His eyes are secretly fixed on the helpless. He takes advantage of the helpless. He uses their resources, their lives, their blood, their breath for his own purposes and to enhance his own life. He lies in wait secretly like a lion in his den. He lies in wait to catch the poor. He catches the poor when he draws them into his net. So he crouches and he lies low. Then the helpless, that the helpless may fall by his strength. He has said in his heart, God is forgotten. He hides his face. He will never see it. How arrogant and blind and stupid are we to think that God does not see or we can live outside of his comprehension or his awareness of us.
40 Arise, O Lord, God, lift up your hand. Do not forget the humble. Why do the wicked renounce God? He has said in his heart, I will, you will not require an account. So they're, they're, they're seeing this. They're going to get by with this. There's no judgment. There's no day of reckoning, so to speak, but you have seen it talking about God, where you observe trouble and grief to repay it by your hand. The helpless commits himself to you. You are a helper of the fatherless break the arm of the wicked and in the evil man. How many of us have personal experiences with very wicked and evil people in our lives, whether they've slandered us, accused us, taken us to court, maligned us, stolen our stuff, went after us to kill us.
23 And he's saying, seek out his wickedness until you find it. The Lord is king forever and ever. The nations have perished out of his hands. The nations are going to have to recognize that Jesus Christ is Lord and the Lord is king over all and over all the nations. And. He says, Lord, you have heard the desire of the humble. This is a key to getting justice, to getting health, to getting healing, to getting restoration, is humility, confessing your own faults so that you don't get caught up in them and be judged by them. And he says, you will prepare their hearts. You will cause your ear to hear, to do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of earth may oppress no more. This is basically the reading of Psalm 10. But then we can go into another place in Psalm 66, where we have a kind of a confusion about justice.
13 And he says in verse eight, he says, he says that, let's see where, come and see the works of the Lord. He is awesome in his doings towards the sons of men. He turns the sea to dry land. He went through the river on, they went through the river on foot. So he's ruling by his power. His eyes observe the nations. Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Oh, bless the Lord, you, his people. Make his way known among the earth. Who keeps our soul among the living. Who does not allow our foot to be moved. For you, O Lord, listen to this. For you, O Lord, have proved us. You have refined us as silver is refined. You've brought us into the net. You've laid affliction on our back.
56 You've caused men to ride over our heads. We went through the fire and through the water. Okay? So what's going on here? It says, it sounds like God is doing all this stuff to us. And we get confused. Like, why is God letting all this bad stuff happen? What did I do wrong? And then we get confused about God. You know, you're letting, you've proved us, you've refined us. In other words, if you don't put the devil, the enemy in this equation called life, you're going to have to make God either bipolar, crazy. Untrustworthy, or someone that creates anxiety. Because God, what's he doing? Is he creating us, blessing us, redeeming us, taking care of the needy and the helpless and the fathers?
41 And now he's proving us and afflicting us and refining us and laid affliction on our back. This is where we get, This is the true test of faith. Are you going to believe what it looks like? Are you going to believe what God said? And are we going to understand that if we go back to the story of Job, we do have a very good explanation for all of these things. Many people avoid that book because it seems to be overwhelming. Long, tedious, hard to understand. But the gist of it is in the beginning, Job was, by God's own words, a righteous man. And Satan saw how God had blessed Job. I mean, financially, children, property, et cetera.
25 And so Satan had a bone to pick with God. He said, you know, Job just loves you because you give him, give him, bribe him, give him all this stuff. Well, that's exactly what Job, the devil does. He bribes everybody to get them to do what he wants. But he was accusing God of doing that. And he said to God, he said, Let me test him, and I will prove to you that he is not loyal to you. He simply serves you for the things you give him. And God didn't say, go ahead and test him. God just said, you cannot touch his body. So with that implication, Satan ran off and destroyed all of Job's financial blessings, his flocks, his servants, and had the tornado or windstorm or whatever, collapse the roof of the house where his children were. So all his children died.
18 And so all of this, the family, the finances, all taken out in one fell swoop. This is a major test. I mean, some of us have a bad day when our tire goes flat or we run out of toothpaste, but this is really big. You know, this is like the end of it all. But Job sat there and did not curse God. He cursed the day he was born and was confused, but he did not get bitter against God. He didn't shake his fist against God and say, why God, why did you do this to me? I was righteous. us. What is this? But this is what God says. He refines us as silver is refined. He brings us into the net. He lays affliction. He causes men to ride over us. Why do we call God? Why do we accuse God of bringing us through the fire? Because God permits it. Why does he permit it?
00 Because he's the one taking the test. Satan didn't challenge Job. He challenged God to be able to keep Job and Job's loyalty and love to God in the midst of this cataclysmic, traumatic setbacks in his life. And Job did not curse God. He did not even, he did, basically, he just was silent. He was patient, you know, the patience of Job. And then Satan came back in chapter two and he said, and God says, have you seen my righteous servant Job, who you have incited me against? And he still calls him righteous. And the devil says, yeah, yeah, but you didn't let me touch his body.
43 Let me touch his body, bone for bone, skin for skin. I will get him to curse you and prove to you that he doesn't really love you. How many of us are in those kind of physical afflictions right now? Our bodies are all tied up in knots. We're in pain. We don't understand. We're being tormented. They can't find a reason. The medical community is baffled. We are hung up on all these things. You know our finances are dwindling away our hope is dwindling away and Satan says you let me touch his body and I will get him to curse you and die and God says do another line he says you cannot kill him you cannot take his life so with that Satan ran off taking an implied consent permission to go and touch Job's body so he was filled with all kinds of anxieties histamine reactions boils.
32 Horrible things going on. And then, you know, the devil, as if it wasn't bad enough, he brought three friends along who were not friends, who were judgers, judgy. They were kind of sitting there trying to figure out what Job had done wrong to be able to prove that it was God who was doing this to Job because Job had sinned. So their theory was that we are suffering. You are suffering right now, because somehow you have sinned and God is punishing you. God is teaching you a lesson. And that is not true. Because in the end, when they examined Job's life for days, they came up with basically nothing. Finally, God stepped into the conversation and he said, you know, he says, Job, you know, were you there when I created the Leviathan and the this and the that? And Job said, no.
20 And then Job realized that God was awesome, great, way beyond his little ideas of who God was and he asked God to basically you know like. Forgive him. And he thanked God for the new revelation of who he was. And then God said to him, now I want you to pray for your friends, because they have not spoken that which is right concerning me. So God told the friends, go get some offerings and go to Job and ask him to pray for you. Because he says, God said it twice, they have not spoke that which is right concerning me. In other words, what they were accusing God of doing, because Job had sinned, so they were accusing God of bringing these judgments upon him. According to God, was not correct.
00 He hadn't started this fight and he wasn't here to punish Job. He was here to bless Job and ultimately in the end he did. He turned around and blessed him over and abundant more than he had before. And so this is the way we have to see God. God is good all the time. He's not just good when things are going good and then when things are going bad, it must be you. You're bad and God's punishing you yes we do sin and when we do sin on the other hand on the other side of that coin when you do open yourself up to lies fear iniquity taking matters into your own hands yeah then there are judgments that can come and who brings them the devil but who do you think is bringing them you think it's god so we're we're always actually in that position where we're tempted to judge God for being unfair, being unhappy, just waiting to see if we fall or fail, and just looking for a way to hurt us. That's not true.
56 That's not God. And if you have that kind of a God, you are going to have a lot of fear and anxiety in this world, and you're going to have to be taking care of yourself because you can't trust anybody else, including God. It says in Psalm 9, verse 16, the Lord is known by the judgments he executes. The wicked are snared in the work of their own hands. We do bad things, but that doesn't mean we're wicked. When you repent of those things, you did those wicked things in the first place because you believe lies, you are listening to the counsel of fear, and you took matters into your own hands. And many times we take the matter of judgment and justice into our own hands too. But it says in verse 17, the wicked he turns into hell. The needy shall not always be forgotten. The expectation of the poor shall not perish forever. There is a judgment day coming. But, When God's justice is delayed, which it is right now, we are in a place of temptation.
46 We're afraid that things won't get right, fixed or made right. So we get angry. Anger in your life, anger, if you're angry, anger is a symptom of injustice. It's energy. It's an emotional reaction to an injustice. So when you're angry, you're flying off the handle, you're getting upset, getting frustrated, irritated, whatever those things are with someone or even yourself or God, it is because you are taking your, there's an injustice. So the question is when you have this explosion, anger, manifestation, whatever, ask yourself, what is the offense? Go down, the carrot top explodes, but the root is where you need to go.
29 What is the root of the offense? The offense is always, always a sin against the same thing, against the law of love. So when people are defrauding you or lying or maligning or accusing or disturbing, distressing, stealing, all of these things that they do, they're committing crimes against the law. God's one law, as all remains and is reduced into one thing. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, soul, mind, and strength, and thy neighbor as thyself. And all the law is fulfilled in this, that you love your neighbor as yourself. And it's basically the golden rule, do unto others as you'd have them do unto you.
11 But we get into that place where we think, okay, I'm going to settle these accounts ourselves. We take matters into our own hands. But then the lines get blurred. How is it okay for me to get even and defend my rights and not start looking like and acting like my enemy? Where's the line? How do I bring justice without. You know, the idea of an eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, they poke out your eye, you get to poke out their eye. That is not God's law. That is not God's determination of justice. God's law and rule is this, love your enemy. Forgive those who hurt you.
52 Pray for those who curse you and persecute you. So the law of they poked out my eye, I get to poke out their eye, is the devil's law of fairness. and it doesn't work because you just never, now you're the wicked one. Now you're the perpetrator. Now you're the one who's creating the offense. So getting justice for ourself does not work. So if I pursue it myself, I'm gonna have to answer to the judge. However, there is one way where I can get justice and resolve the injustices in my life. There's one way, there's one prescription for that. and it's not that complicated and it's not that hidden it is to forgive you know forgive that means what does forgiveness mean it means that you lay the injustice in the hands of the judge, you are not going to vindicate yourself you're going to give the matters over the crimes over to the one who judges who knows everything who is the author of justice you know as we said earlier righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
58 And he also encourages us in Hebrews 4, verse 12, to come boldly to the throne of grace and mercy. I would say that's the bench, to find help in time of trouble, to bring your grievances and offenses to him, to find justice and protection and vindication. However, you can't get into the judge's court as the judge. You have to come in as a plaintiff. You have to come in as a presenter. Present your case, the Lord God says in Isaiah. Make your requests known. lay the matter out before him, and then let the Lord be the judge. He will be the one who passes out the sins. If I take matters into my own hands, it's like this.
42 How can I not get burned in trying to put out this raging fire of injustice myself? The only way I can keep from getting burned is to let the fireman deal with the fire. So forgiveness, releasing that person from your judgment, from your right to judge them, and turning the injustice of the crimes over to God, letting him pronounce the sentence. This is the first, this is the invitation from the Lord. You don't have to wait till you die to get justice. Matter of fact, some people stay mad all their life. They stay bitter against someone all their life because they think if I stay mad and all that, then when I see God, I'll be able to present my case and he'll get it fixed for me.
24 You just ruined your whole life staying bitter and your body got sick and all kinds of things. You don't have to carry that injustice day after day after day, those crimes and injustices that make you so mad. You can cast them off. You can bring them before the court. You can bring them before God and present your case. And so forgiveness is releasing the person from your judgment so that you have a right to bring it before the judge. So he is then free to bring the pronouncement and the sentence. So forgiveness is, you say, well, I don't feel like I need to forgive. I don't feel like forgiving. It doesn't matter if you feel like it or not. It's a commission. It's a decision you make with your will.
06 I decide, with my will, I declare, I decide, I give this wickedness, this crime, this injustice over to the Most High God. He's the only one who can really fix it. And so you, you step back from bringing sentence and punishment upon yourself as well, and you turn it over to God. So, and forgiveness doesn't mean you just, you know, oh, well, it's no big deal. They just raped me. It's no big deal. You know, they just assassinated my, my loved one. They just killed me. They just, you know, stole from me. No, it is bringing the crime full force. All you want to say about it to the Lord, present your case, the crime, and let God be the judge.
48 He will judge it. And then the other thing that when we go to the court of heaven to present our case because we come in as the plaintiffs. The other thing we can ask the court to do, two more things, which people forget to do sometimes. You can ask the court to reverse or remove the demonic judgments that Satan has placed upon you when he got you to get pulled into the anger or the retaliation or the injustice. You ask God to remove the demonic judgments against your body, against your life, your family, because Satan is justifying his bringing those demonic judgments against you because you have stepped out of bounds. You have decided to be the judge.
29 But when you ask God to forgive you, which means I asked you, Lord, to forgive me for believing lies, and you forgive the other person, I forgive the other person because you don't know how much of this is demons acting behind the scenes. Like with Job, it was a direct transaction that was made in heaven. Job had no idea. You have no idea what Satan has went to God and petitioned for you. Like Jesus said to Peter, Satan has desired to have you, to sift you as wheat, but I've prayed for you, and when you're converted, strengthen your brethren. So Jesus was in on Satan coming before the court of God and saying, I want to test Peter. I want to test him.
10 I'm going to prove to you he's a bad choice in leading your army, leading the disciples, leading this church, and so let me test him. So God permitted the testing. So sometimes this is what's happening in your life. You didn't necessarily do anything wrong, but God is going to not only prove to the devil that he can keep you, but he's also going to use the devil's attack against you to qualify you, to strengthen you, to improve your work, his workmanship in you. So you're going to be made more like Jesus. That's the whole point anyways, to become more like him, not more like ourselves. And so when Satan is attacking you, coming against your body, coming against your mind, and some of these attacks are so absolutely insidious that you have no way of even...
58 Trying to unravel. I mean, you're just overwhelmed with the symptoms. Maybe it's a physical illness and you're weary and it's too hard to resist or fight anymore. You just have to collapse into the hands of Jesus and say, you got it. You've got to take me. This is the place of surrender anyway. And that's where Peter had to go. He said, Jesus said, when I have prayed for you, Jesus knew about this. He prayed for him. He knew Peter was going to be tested. We're all being tested, you know, to qualify us for greater things, positions, responsibilities, whatever you want to call it, in God's kingdom. And so he said, I prayed for you. And when you're converted. That meant when you get out of yourself, when you stop trying to do it yourself, when you're converted, when you turn the thing over to me, when you surrender, when you humble yourself and surrender then then god will vindicate us bless us and we will be able then to convert our brethren this is the crucible this is the process and a lot of the injustices that we're suffering from are just a kind of a a cauldron they're kind of the the tech the context in which all of these things are set up.
13 And so we have to look at the bigger picture. We can't look at what the way things look like, because the way things look like now are not always exciting, favorable, and they don't build faith. We have to keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, who is our faithful witness and the beginning and the author and finisher of our faith so when people are committing crimes against you be specific you know the your loss the corruption the false accusations the slander they're scoffing their contempt their violence um, Whatever it is, the bloodshed, the loss of your child, whatever it is, be specific before the Lord because God is, he knows it.
57 And the good news is when you're in that court of heaven, you don't have to defend yourself. You don't have to get all up and explain yourself because Jesus Christ is standing right there and he is the faithful witness. He saw everything. He saw what the devil did. He saw what the evil one did. He saw how the enemy set you up. he saw all the enemies stole from you and just deceived or lied about you or tried to divide you or separate you from others or even take your own life he's he sees it all and so he is our faithful witness so he will present your case before the lord god and the court will receive. Jesus's presentation of your case without a doubt and so then when you get that favor you get that favorable ruling then you ask the lord to now remove the demonic judgments that satan has put upon your body unjustly or upon your finances or upon your business or upon your relationships these demons are the ones that we now want to turn around and get them judged so we say god will you judge the spirit of and then name them the ones that brought infirmity in inflammation infection accusation the patterns of destruction the patterns of loss whatever these demonic spirits are ask the lord name them and say lord these spirits of fear or illness or infirmity what lord judge them and remove them from my from me from my bloodline from my life and lock them up so you're asking
29 the court for justice the restoration of your justice you're asking the court to remove the demonic judgments, and you're asking the court to lock up the liars. Does this make sense? This is the only way God's court works. And ultimately, ultimately, in the end. We do not know everything that God knows, but he knows everything about the enemy, everything, how he's tried to entangle himself and embed himself and schemed against us to destroy the children of God. God is not ignorant at all of what Satan has done in this snake pit to try to kill us on every level and in every venue he can. There's always been a war. Don't think this has been anything else ever but a war.
13 You read the Bible. It's a conspiracy. It's a war between God and Satan for the souls of men. And evil has always been here since the fall. Satan's trying to divide the house, set you up in confusion, anger, frustration. Don't get pulled into that. Don't get baited by that. The desire for justice can be bait that Satan uses to hook, to set the hook for you because you want the justice so bad you don't even see that the bait, the justice you're wanting is bait that's covering the lie of he's going to pull you in so he can judge you for judging others, And it says, God is not, doesn't, he's not ignorant. He hears the sigh of the needy. He says, I will now arise. I will set him in the path of safety for which he yearns.
57 The psalmist says, how long shall it go on like this? How long shall we move in this place of sorrow in my heart? But we have to understand ultimately and wonderfully that this is all going to come to an end and maybe sooner than we might think in revelations chapter 20 he says i'm going to read this verse starting with verse 10 and the devil this is the ultimate end this is the final judgment this is the place where everything is made right the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are so they had already been sent there.
39 And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. He says in verse 11, Then I saw a great white throne and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and heaven fled away, and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, everybody, standing before God. And the books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged according to their works by the things that were written in the books. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, and anyone not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
24 Just a quick note here on the book of life. The book of life is the registry of heaven. When God created us, all of our names were written in that book. And therefore, we are all eligible to, you know, this is like our accommodations, our reservation for heaven, if you will. And then the books were opened. These books are the books that we write. We each write our story. There's a book with your name on it in heaven with all the things you did and didn't do. And many things hopefully are blotted out of that book because you've asked God to forgive you for the stupid things that you did and the sins and the unbelief and the lies. And so that the book is pretty much purged of that stuff by the blood of the lamb and by god's forgiveness because we repented and we can be judged and brought into the place of reward but the people who are not written in the lamb's book of life or who are or who were blotted out because they rejected salvation it's like the registry book is the the wedding list the guest list for heaven everybody's names are written in there everybody's invited to the married supper of the Lamb, the wedding feast, everybody that God created.
33 Not those he didn't create, but everybody he created is in that book. And so the only way you can get cast out of that book is to refuse. To, you know, the invitation. And that invitation is the invitation of salvation, because salvation is the thing that God uses to reconcile and redeem and forgive and bring you back through the blood of Jesus Christ, because Jesus Christ is the one who has paid them for your sins, and they have been completely paid for. You are saved, you are deemed innocent, and you no longer have to pay for your own sins. So the registry of heaven, that book, our names remain in the book when we accept God in salvation and then sanctification or the process of becoming more like Jesus, that's the second step.
24 And that's where the other books are written, where the information is enclosed, what we did with our life, how we used our time, how we squandered our time, how we served ourself or how we gave our lives and our resources and our energies to God. So judgment is coming. It is coming. Praise Jesus. Well, Father God, we thank you for your justice. Justice and righteousness are the foundation of your throne. Without justice, there would be no mercy. And so we thank you, Lord, that you are watching, you are recording. You know everything that's going on. Nothing is hidden from you. We have a testimony in Jesus Christ, our faithful witness, to declare before you, Lord God, our innocence.
09 We thank you, Lord Jesus, for being our faithful witness. And we ask you now that anyone who does not know you is not sure of their eternal destiny and salvation would call upon you, surrender the fight to you, Lord God, and accept the payment of Jesus Christ, your blood shed for them in payment for their sins that they might be saved. And Father, we thank you for your generous gifts to us and your precious protection of us We thank you, Father, in Jesus' name. Amen. Well, one more thing for those of you who are interested. I've written a book called A Case for Justice. Very interesting book. And it has lots of answers in there to why the bad things happen to good people.
50 I think that's the main, one of the main things people ask in this world is why? Why didn't God and where was God and why did this happen? So A Case for Justice, you can get it at Amazon.com. And I would encourage you, if you have that sort of a mind, to understand the legalities of life on this planet, justice, judgment, all of those kinds of things, retribution, demonic judgments, that you'd get a hold of that book. A Case for Justice. God bless you. I have an emergency. What is your location? Music. I have an emergency. What is your location?
